Orders typically have a 1 - 3 business day handling time. Because most of our products cannot be shipped via first class shipping due to the weight and size, shipping on all orders is $8.00 unless the order is over $50.00. Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once we have released the package to USPS, we cannot be held responsible for the package any longer. Because of USPS' delayed times, please use the tracking number provided when you receive your shipping notification email from us.

If your package is lost, please file a claim with USPS before contacting us! We do not offer refunds due to errors in USPS' handling of packages. Our packages include insurance, so any reimbursement you receive would be handled by filing a claim with USPS.

Keep in mind, our products are handmade. Our body butters melt in hot weather but will return to solid form once it cools.
